Founded in 1996, Object CTalk Inc. began as a Boutique IT Services company specializing in C++, Java and SmallTalk software Development.  Today, OCTalk is a diversified technology solutions provider delivering Information technology, logisitcs, and healthcare services to Federal Government customers.

 

As a trusted prime contractor, OCTalk currently supports customers through major contract vehicles including Army ITES-3S, FAA eFAST, OASIS WOSB, OASIS SB and MDA SHIELD.
