Business Analyst
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Business Analyst will work as a member of a Functional team, working closely with the customer to gather requirements, help design new capabilities, and test new and existing features.
ROLE:

Perform functional analysis of stakeholder stated needs.

Prepares detailed requirement specifications in the form of user stories or functional requirement documents for the development teams.

Support business process reengineering efforts.

Develop Use Cases and develop wireframes and visual aides to confirm design expectations.

Participation in the agile software development process and gain functional process knowledge to support the requirement specification.

Work closely with Q/A Analyst to assist with developing test cases, test scripts, scenarios and detailed acceptance criteria.

Assist with system testing and QC.

Document and coordinate user acceptance testing and training plans.
SKILLS NEEDED:

Candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in Business Analysis.

Must be able to translate and simplify requirements from stakeholders into written requirement documents for development team. Documents include Business Requirements Document, Functional Design Document, Technical Design Document, Technical Use Cases, User stories, Business Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Test cases.

Must be able to create diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows of business processes.

Familiarity with Agile development process, MS Visio, C#, SQL Server is preferred

Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain DoD clearance.
