ServiceNow SAM Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer you will support in transitioning ITSM BMC Helix to ServiceNow.

The ServiceNow Developer will work with the technical team to build, configure, and deploy the automated workflows, custom applications, and system integrations that replace legacy, siloed processes

Role:

• Build, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro, SaaS Management, and related HAM Pro integrations.

•  Implement and maintain software entitlement models, license metrics, normalization rules, and automated reconciliation engines.

• Design end-to-end asset lifecycle automations using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Scoped Applications.

•  Design, code, debug, test, document, and deploy scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform

• Optimize CMDB relationships, and asset table schemas for performance and integrity.

Skills Needed:

· 4 years of ServiceNow development and scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, XML)

· Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and API Integration.

· Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a current TS/SCI.
